- Well, liberal me is agreeing with Rand Paul. Drone strikes on US soil on US citizens by the president is unconstitutional as far as I remember. That is one reason we have national guard; they are not regular army.

- Sequestration was invented in the Graham-Rudman Act in 1985 under Ronald Reagan.. Until now Congress had acted every few years to prevent sequestration from happening and whoever was president went along. We have now reached the stand-off point. Just look at the comments here.
